All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. All of our prices reflect Dress Wright On Ice\'s commitment to offer consistently high standards in quality at the lowest possible prices. however, continued increases in raw materials, utilities, and labour subject us to price changes beyond our control. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

All payments must be in Canadian dollars. Money orders, cheques, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to: Dress Wright On Ice Inc. A service charge of $20.00 will be charged for any cheque payment that must be reprocessed. When ordering from our web site you must use VISA or MasterCard. If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, please print out the Order Form and mail your order to us. Payment in full must be received before an order can be processed.

Delivery Time

Orders for stock items are usually processed and shipped within 1 week. Items temporarily out of stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as they are available. All International Shipping will be confirm by email. We will provide you shipping options to choose from.

Order Processing/Confirmations

We will process your order immediately upon receipt. You will not receive additional notification or confirmation beyond the order number, which will display on your screen and be emailed to you when your order has been successfully placed. Order Changes/Additions

Before placing an order, please check you order carefully. Any changes or additions made after placing an order will be treated as a new order.

Return Policy

Each manufacturer has their own ideal measurement for each size. Please check your size using our sizing chart before ordering. Add to that your individual fit preference and garments may not always fit the way you envision. If the size you ordered is not right, simply return the garment with all the original tags, and the receipt, within 20 days of delivery for exchange or credit note.

NOTE: Clothing showing evidence of wear will not be accepted!

IMPORTANT: Tights, body stockings, and men\'s athletic supports are considered undergarments and MAY NOT be returned Under Any Circumstances.

All shipping related charges on returns are the customer\'s responsibility. Dress Wright On Ice cannot accept any returns that have not been sent prepaid.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping error or any other error by Dress Wright On Ice, exchanges will be handled at no charge.
